Remington‘s at the Chief is located at 116 Main St. in downtown Cascade at the old Chief building. Larry and Carrell Morton purchased the building which was opened in 1946 in very poor condition and did a complete remodel to the restaurant side which took 18 months to completion. Remington‘s was opened on May 11th of 2017 and offers an upscale menu with food from around the world and an extensive beer and wine list. The menu changes every 6 months and during the fall and winter offers lunch service Thursday through Sunday from 11 am till 2 pm and dinner service Thursday through Saturday 5 pm till 8 pm. During the spring and summer we offer dinner service only Thursday through Monday 5 pm till 9 pm.The menu features small plates, soups and salads as well as entrees. We offer seafood items such as calamari, ceviche, halibut, salmon, scallops and shrimp plus local Bison, steaks, pork chops, lamb and chicken. Remington‘s also has wine and beer dinners, special events and nightly specials. We pride ourselves with fresh ingredients and making our food from scratch.
