4 pm – Welcome with Cookies, Drinks, & Decorating the Tree
4:15 – 4:45 pm – Snowball throw with Mayor & Friends
4:30 pm – Santa’s arrival
5 pm – Christmas Caroling
5:15 pm – Tree Lighting
5:20 pm – Sing along with Santa
