For the Cascade 4th of July Parade

We want everyone to have a fun and safe time during our community celebration. Please follow these spectator safety rules and share them with your group.
Parade Safety
- Stay behind all barricades and cones along the parade route.
- Respect the volunteers enforcing all parade rules of staying out of the parade path.
- Do not enter the street or approach moving vehicles or floats at any time.
- Keep a safe distance from the parade line, even when taking photos.
- Do not chase or run toward vehicles for candy or souvenirs.
- Please watch young children carefully.
- Parade participants will be required to stay on their floats or in the vehicle and may not get off or out throughout the parade.
Candy & Giveaways
- Candy and handouts will be distributed by hand by walkers only — no throwing from floats or vehicles.
- Do not send children into the street to retrieve items — wait for them to be brought to you.
- If something falls in the street, leave it — do not risk entering the parade path.
5K & 1 Mile Run
Location: Starting at Kelly’s Whitewater Park
Date: Friday, July 4th, 2025
Time: 7:15 A.M. Packet Pickup, Race at 8:00 A.M.
Distance: Sign up to run in the 5K or the 1 Mile race
