Welcome to the first edition of the Winter Carnival Chronicle! This is your resource for the details of Winter Carnival and how your business can participate, support, and enjoy the event.
First things first – the magical theme! The 2026 theme is “Where in the World is Sharlie?”
Second things second – the schedule overview! The most important change is the Mardi Gras Parade. This is now the second Saturday, February 7th. Please plan accordingly because parade entries are open!

This snow has us thinking about sculptures! You can do it! We 100% believe in you – just like we believe in Sharlie. A little advice from our friend and sculptor Luna – you don’t have to make something massive or complicated! Start small, start simple. Maybe Sharlie is swimming with sharks or she is hanging out with PacMan and his ghost fremenies? Maybe she went to the Great Wall of China or enrolled in a yoga class with snowmen? Perhaps she’s just hanging out at the spa getting a little R&R. We have LOTS of ideas so if you need a little brainstorm sesh—we’re here for you!
