Introducing Perpetua’s Community Feedback & Grievance Process
Being a good neighbor has always been central to how we operate. We believe accountability and open communication are essential to build and operate the Stibnite Gold Project safely and effectively. With construction on the Stibnite Gold Project now underway, we are introducing a new Community Feedback & Grievance Process.
What is the Community Feedback & Grievance Process?
The Community Feedback & Grievance Process allows community members and stakeholders to submit feedback or concerns related to the Stibnite Gold Project. It will provide a straightforward path for raising issues and helping us identify and address potential impacts from the Project early.
All submissions are reviewed through the same formal process, with confidentiality respected.
How does the process work?
- Submission: Feedback or concerns can be submitted online, by email, or in person.
- Investigation: We will evaluate the issue and gather information as needed.
- Response & Resolution: We will provide a response and any actions we plan to take.
- Follow-up & Improvement: Issues are tracked and reviewed to improve future performance.
How to submit feedback or a grievance
Community members can submit feedback or concerns using any of the following options:
- In person: Paper forms are available at Perpetua office locations or on our website to print and mail to our team.
