Come visit Cascade’s year-round heated pools and fitness center! Our facility hours are Monday-Friday from 5am-9pm and Weekends from 9am-9pm. We have extended hours in the summer. Our daily rates range from $3-$6(dependent on age/military). We have a variety of membership rate options as well. We are located at 333 Kelly’s Parkway in Cascade,
Idaho. We are right across the street from Kelly’s Whitewater Park and just down the road from the new Idaho State Parks and Recreation Building.
Our pools are geothermally heated through a heat plate exchange system. The larger pool is heated to a comfortable temperature for recreational play or lap swimming. Our therapy pool is warmer to accommodate therapy needs and for relaxation. During the winter months, our winter dome is installed over the pools to allow year-round use. Open swim is generally all day unless our current schedule states otherwise. Times of general swim with a lifeguard on duty can be found on our current pool schedule on our website.
Our fitness center is equipped with weight training equipment and cardio machines. Daily fitness classes are held in our community room. We often have Yoga, Zumba, Spinergy (stationary bike fitness), Cardio/Strength class varieties, and classes specifically tailored for the older adult. The current class schedule can be found on our website. The pool, community room, or entire facility can be rented for private use.
We also run events and programs for youth and adults. For youth we host a variety of programs such as swimming lessons, swim meets, youth sports, camps, etc. For adults, we host programs such as swimming/running events, sports leagues, wellness programs, community events, etc. We are a family friendly facility and often run programs/events for the entire family to enjoy!

At the Y, we believe children discover themselves through interactions with others and having the freedom to explore. YMCA Camp at Horsethief Reservoir immerses children in a community where making friends is natural, exploring new interests is encouraged, and discovering inner strength is guaranteed. YMCA Camp teaches self-reliance, instills a love for nature and the outdoors, and builds character and leadership—all amidst the fun of campfires, canoeing, archery, friends, zip-lining, paddle boarding, mentorships, ropes course, and so much more. YMCA Camp at Horsethief Reservoir is positively the best way to change a child’s life.
